Take a Different Stroll Through Life and Feel the Difference

Today I decided to do something a little bit different. Rather than hustle and bustle about my usual meanderings, I took some time for me before I began my busy day. Before you furrow your brow and say “must be nice!”, this was a hard decision to reach. I could not possibly be any more busy than I am these days. There are pressures from work, home, finances, etc. Does this sound familiar? Regardless of these responsibilities, I have come to believe that I will be much more effective at handling these challenges if I feel more calm and centered. Makes sense, doesn’t it? So I turned on my lightning air negative ion generator, listened to classical music for 20 minutes, all the while I visualized myself having a great day. I also pictured all of the people and things I am grateful for in my life. They say that fear and anxiety disappear if you focus on what’s good in your life!
